These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of erik-fuhrer.com (the "Site") operated by Survival Kit Writing Collective LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, infringes on the rights of others, or interferes with the Site's operation.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, blog posts, course materials, book excerpts, and design elements, is the property of Survival Kit Writing Collective LLC or Erik Fuhrer, or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission, except as permitted by fair use under copyright law.
Book covers and excerpts shown on the Site are used to promote published works. Rights to those works are held by their respective publishers.
3. Email List, Free Course, and Workshops
When you sign up for our email list, the free email course, or a free workshop, you are agreeing to receive related emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. The free email course and free workshops are provided as-is, with no guarantee of specific outcomes. Workshop registration is handled by Eventbrite and subject to their terms.
4. Survival Kit Writing Collective Membership
The Survival Kit Writing Collective is a paid membership community hosted on a third-party platform (Circle). Membership is governed by separate community guidelines and the Circle platform's terms of service. Payment processing for memberships is handled by Circle and its payment processor (Stripe). Refunds, cancellations, and account management for membership are handled through that platform.

6. Disclaimers
The Site, free course, free workshops, and any other content we provide are offered for educational and creative purposes only. We are not licensed mental health professionals, and nothing on this Site constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
